I am a Marriage and Family Therapist with many years experience in the field walking along side individuals and families on their journey to feeling more confident and worthy.
My strength is to utilize talk therapy, trauma focused therapy, and integrate skills and interventions from family therapy and individual models to best fit each individual. I am also a gender-affirming care provider and am passionate about supporting the LGBTQ+ community.
