I will give you take home techniques. You will leave each session with access to discreet exercises that can quickly create relief. I am faith based and supportive of you. We'll work collaboratively to heal trauma, address your concerns that are affecting you right now and create new pathways to give you relief. I work as a Brainspotting & EMDR therapist

12 week series that incorporates specific ways to heal from the complex trauma experienced in childhood. This series can help individuals who suffer difficulty, slowing down, maintaining relationships and self regard, tolerating distress , making decisions, and coping with their emotions or lack of them.
