Welcome! For 15 years I have developed a specialty in work with adults and children with depression, anxiety, ADHD and related executive functioning issues. I deeply believe that there is no one way to raise a child or to exist in the world as an adult. My work is patient, empathic and kind. My work children always involves active participation from the caregivers in their lives. My treatment style relies on a strengths perspective to determine the unique strengths and needs of each family but I draw from CBT and PCIT when appropriate as well. If indicated, I can provide executive functioning coaching in addition to psychotherapy.
