I specialize neurodivergent folx and couples, and help people make sense of their experiences. I can help you find a way of living in your day-to-day that feels more sustainable and aligned with who you are. You deserve guidance, support, and space to process the difficulties that you face.

We'll collaborate together to find the tools to help you make the changes that you'd like to see. I have experience and specialized training in solution focused therapies and incorporate mindfulness techniques. I am open and honest so we can create a relationship of trust and work together to find practical solutions to what seem like unsolvable problems.
