I work with children, often involving their parents or caregivers, with an attachment-based approach. I specialize in attachment-related issues, including adoption and foster care, as well as trauma, grief, and identity. I also practice therapy based on Theraplay principles and am trained in the Safe & Sound Protocol. Additionally, I work with adult clients navigating challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and recognizing their self-worth.
I take a strengths-focused approach with my clients, honoring the gifts they bring and their inherent dignity and worth. I desire to help children and adults develop healthy coping skills, regulate their emotions, and live within their personal values.
