I use DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Strength-based, client-centered, Trauma-informed, and solution-focused eclectic approaches. While continually seeking new training and modalities to develop my practice and skills.
I've always wanted to help people. Through my life including adolescence and young adulthood, I've made it through many hurdles. I'm a mother and caregiver of a family member with severe mental illness. As now a licensed social worker I'm able to help people also overcome whatever challenges they may be facing.
