People often come to psychotherapy because something in their lives feels off-kilter or unmanageable, and their usual way of dealing with problems is no longer working. I am a licensed clinical psychologist and have experience treating adolescents and adults with a variety of issues including relationship difficulties, career anxieties, depression, body image concerns, family conflict, trauma and grief. I offer a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where you can explore what might be holding you back while gaining the insight and skills needed to lead a more fulfilling life.
Therapy can be a deeply personal and transformational process. Each patient brings a unique story, personality, and worldview, and I aim to foster a therapy experience that best suits you and your needs.
