If you are struggling with issues from your past or feel stuck in the present, I’m here to help. Everyone has seasons of challenge. Having a guide who will take the time to listen, to understand you without judging you; someone who can help you identify patterns, resolve conflicts, heal from trauma, and take action toward a new way of being is life changing.

I am passionate about helping people heal from past trauma and live a fulfilling life in the present. Building and maintaining healthy relationships is critical to experiencing joy and connection. I enjoy helping people work through the interpersonal conflicts (family, peer, work, community, school) that impede personal growth and block daily fulfillment.

I provide a non-judgmental supportive space for processing the past and taking positive steps in the present.
