I work with primarily young adults and students to help them navigate anxiety, depression, grief and loss, identity formation, and life transitions Whatever type of stress or pain you carry, you don’t have to carry it alone. In my practice, I work to create an environment where you feel seen and heard just as you are. My approach is down-to-earth, genuine, and tailored to you! Together, we can explore what’s holding you back, where you want to see yourself, and build skills that will allow you to move forward with confidence and take control of your life.

As an interpersonal, relational therapist, I use a blend of person-centered therapy, DBT, ACT, and solution-focused approaches to help you deepen your self-awareness, understand your relationships, develop coping strategies, and create meaningful change in your life.
