I work collaboratively to help couples identify their areas of strength and develop new skills to enhance their relationship. Whether couples are struggling with communication, trust, or conflict resolution, I work with them to break the patterns that keep them stuck and to create a new normal of positive interaction and emotional safety. For premarital couples, I am excited to help them lay a foundation of connection and safety that prepares them to navigate all that life together holds.
I'm so glad you're here! I love walking with my clients through the process of recalibration and discovery that frees them to connect better with themselves and with others. I was raised overseas and enjoy working with third culture kids and individuals of complex cultural backgrounds. I also am open to addressing spirituality-related issues with my clients.
