My education and professional experience make me better suited to help people who struggle with issues related to anxiety, depression and relationship problems. I am trained to work with couples who want to improve the quality of their relationship. I also have experience in helping people in the arenas of parenting, acculturation and life changes.
I am fluent in Bulgarian and Russian. My multicultural background and changes throughout my own life gave me better understanding of challenges people face in acculturation and adjustment and insight into how to help them in the most effective way.
