Immediate opening for Tuesdays 11a and Wednesdays 9a. You sense a gap between what you know in your mind and what you feel in your body. It’s hard to understand why, even with all your insight, things still don’t feel the way you want them to. I’m here to help you explore your story with compassion and curiosity. It's hard work to look closely at the more difficult parts of ourselves and experiences, to recognize patterns, and to consider where meaningful change can begin. Wherever you are in this process of navigating an uncertain world, aging, or exploring your identity and relationships, that's where we'll begin.
I specialize in supporting those deconstructing faith or healing from religious trauma. I also have a special interest in working with adults who are 55+. I'm ready to show up as a genuine human with you and support you aligning with your values. Together, we’ll face pain with compassion, heal, and work to let old wounds serve you rather than hold you back.
