About
Are you trying to find the best way to respond to your child’s behaviors or moods? I help children and families work through difficult experiences--including stressful life events such as transitions, anxiety, relationship stress, and loss. I will work closely with you to tailor therapy to your family's individual needs. Sessions can be held remotely or in-person at my Plymouth office.
I also provide research-based parenting strategies for caregivers. This specific process can take 10-14 sessions, and you will learn concrete tools to address challenging behavior. Concerns such as following directions, promoting positive behavior and routines, family problem solving, and effective consequences will be explored.
Call me today for a complimentary 15 minute phone consultation to discuss how I can support you and your family.
