Suffering may be a part of the human condition, but you can change your relationship to it. We can work together to help you integrate traumatic experiences, not to “get over” them but so that they feel firmly rooted in the past and no longer hold the same power over you that they once did.
My training is primarily psychodynamic and psychoanalytic, but I will always collaborate with you to determine what you need at this particular moment.
