Many of the people I work with are in seasons that feel full but complicated. They are navigating relationships, building a family, early parenthood, growing a career, or realizing that the life they imagined looks different than what is in front of them now. Often, there is a quiet sense of feeling behind or not where you thought you would be by this point.
I work with individuals and couples around relationships, fertility, and parenthood. I also work with healthcare providers navigating the intensity of that system. I bring both professional and lived experience as an IVF mom of two. Together, we focus on understanding patterns and finding ways to move forward that actually fit your life.
