I am a extensively trained trauma-informed therapist working to help you become the best version of yourself. While I have extensive experience with the geriatric population, I also work with adolescents, adults, and families. Through the use of talk thx, ACT, CBT, EMDR, Brainspotting and Sandtray thx we will work together to face what is haunting you.
