Drawing from my own experience as a first-generation queer Latinx, I strive to create an accessible, inclusive and validating space in which you can explore your own authenticity and cultivate your own empowerment.
I work with you to integrate your physical and cognitive experiences- identifying patterns that stand in the way of the life you desire. In addition, I am EMDR trained, and use CBT and solution-focused techniques to support your transition from thought to action.
