Hi, I’m Susana! As a first-gen Latina and mom, my own healing journey began in motherhood, when I became determined not to pass down the pain I carried. I know how deeply our culture, upbringing, and lived experiences shape how we love, cope, and parent. Many of my clients come to therapy wanting to unpack those layers and break cycles in their relationships, families, or within themselves. I offer a collaborative, culturally responsive approach, because healing is personal, and never one-size-fits-all.
I integrate evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, ACT, and Brainspotting with holistic, collaborative approaches such as IFS. I support clients through pregnancy/postpartum, relationship stress, multicultural identity, ADHD, trauma, self-esteem, and women’s mental health.
