I am a native Texan who has lived and worked in the Houston area most of my career. I have a background in mental health providing services to individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief any issues which cause distress.

I have a passion to help those that hurt and to see change and freedom is possible. My personal Christian faith has informed and enriched my personal life and professional career.

I am very proud to be trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) I have a MA in Professional Counseling from Liberty University and a BA in Psychology from University of Houston. I look forward to meeting you!
