About
Are you struggling to help your child succeed in school or in social settings, feeling like things are out of control, or feeling stuck and unable to get over some of life's hurdles? In a confidential, caring environment, my commitment in counseling is to partner with you to identify solutions that work specifically for you. I look at therapeutic support as helping individuals and families within an integrative approach that promotes wellness in all areas of life – physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual.
I work with all age groups with concerns related to anxiety, anger management, unhealthy coping strategies, stress management, depression, and relationships. I enjoy working with clients to increase their awareness and knowledge of emotional response and regulation and also increase their ability to be more successful in the home, work, school, and community.
I truly care about my clients and am honest and direct in sessions. I look forward to helping you make positive, helpful changes in your life!
