About
Psychotherapy is proven to be one of the most powerful tools to transform one's life, and deciding to seek support when you are struggling to resolve difficult issues on your own is brave. I specialize in working with teenagers, young adults, and families and the particular challenges that they face throughout the various transitions of their lives. I also have a special interest in supporting parents with struggling teens and young adults. My goal as a therapist is to provide a nurturing and caring environment for people seeking to make positive life changes through individual and family psychotherapy.
I am a certified trauma specialist and have extensive experience working with people struggling with eating disorders, addiction, anxiety, divorce, and sports performance. In addition to talk therapy, I am skilled in mind/body interventions including Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and various mindful practices to provide the most comprehensive care possible.
As humans, we are wired to heal, and change is possible. Contact me to discuss how I can help support the changes you would like to make in your life. I look forward to supporting you.
