I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 20 years of experience in various mental health settings. I provide individual therapy as well as couples and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. My approach is relational and client-centered, helping clients navigate mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, relational issues, and life transitions. I draw on trauma- and attachment-informed theories to understand how personal history shapes a client’s experiences.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Illinois and my Master of Social Work from the University of Chicago. I deeply value the therapeutic relationship and strive to build a strong, trusting connection with each of my clients.
I recognize that the self-examination and transformation that occur in therapy require courage. I believe one of the most important benefits of therapy is that you will never go through the process of change alone.
