Some of the areas you might want to explore in therapy with me are: intimacy, sex & sexuality, trauma, relationship conflicts, addiction recovery, stress, anxiety, life transitions & goals, low self esteem, communication issues, dream work and transformational growth. I welcome the LGBTQ community.

My therapy approach is grounded in Jungian thought which takes seriously that there is much more to us than we are consciously aware of. By attending to the material provided by the unconscious through dreams and symptoms, we learn to embrace the fullest possible expression of ourselves.
