About
Are past experiences and emotional stressors interfering with your enjoyment of day to day life? Do you second guess yourself? I have a deep belief in people's innate capacity to heal. I work with people on a variety of different issues from anxiety and relationship issues to complex trauma or existential angst. I became a psychotherapist because I enjoy people and collaborating in their healing process. Finding a therapist can feel like a daunting task. It is important for you to find someone you are comfortable working with. Your needs and preferences will guide our work together.
In addition to traditional talk therapy I also can provide Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, an evidence based therapy that works well for complex trauma.
We can set up a time to briefly discuss any questions you may have and see if we are a good fit. To schedule a consultation please email your scheduling needs and insurance type. Looking forward to speaking with you!
