Hello, I am Susan Watkins, Psy.D. MFT, a licensed marriage and family therapist who holds a clinical doctorate in Psychology. I encourage and assist my clients to resolve traumatic blocks, and to enhance positive feelings of competency and confidence. Techniques I use include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a rapid intervention for healing trauma, and the use of a mind-body approach to stress management. I present practical skills to manage intense emotional states, and encourage a deepening of personal and interpersonal awareness to enhance relationships and the experience of well being.
