I help you uncover underlying causes and gain greater awareness and insight for long-term change, rather than merely addressing symptoms.
In working with couples or individuals focused on relationship issues, I help identify your patterns of interaction and the underlying feelings that drive those behaviors.We then work on constructively expressing those feelings to improve your relationship.
