I provide therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families who are struggling with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, anger, family conflicts, abuse, trauma, grief and loss, spiritual issues, divorce, and adoption adjustments. I have experience with multiculturalism and honor individuals.
I'm an adoptive mom. I did the best I could with the information available at the time. I wish I knew what I know now. I've learned positive developmental methods to help heal children and families blossom. I'm committed to this developmental approach to help others.
