While I am comfortable working on a wide variety of mental health issues with diverse clientelle, the majority of my clients have belonged to the LGBT and Disabled communities. I use a solution-focused, shame-free approach to therapy, helping my clients develop the skills and insights necessary to navigate their unique challenges.
I offer a safe, judgment-free space where clients can be open and honest, processing the issues they face without fear of reprisal. I use a practical, evidence-based, solution-focused approach to therapy, utilizing modalities in the cognitive-behavioral family of therapeutic intervention (CBT, DBT, ACT).
