I have 8+ years experience working on a wide variety of mental health issues, ranging from depression/anxiety to self-actualization, and I am sex-positive and LGBT/disability affirming. I use a solution-focused, shame-free approach to therapy, helping my clients develop the skills and insights necessary to navigate their unique circumstances. While my office is located in downtown Bremerton (walking distance fro the ferry terminals), I can work with clients from anywhere in the states of Washington and Utah via TeleHealth.
I offer a safe, judgment-free space (online and in-person) where my clients can be open and honest, processing the issues they face without fear of reprisal. I use practical, evidence-based, solution-focused approaches to therapy, utilizing cognitive-behavioral modalities such as ACT, CBT and DBT.
