I am a N.Y. licensed Psychotherapist as well as a Certified Addiction Registered Nurse. I have 38 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families in numerous life transitions; such as divorce; remarriage; bereavement. I help individuals suffering from Depression; Anxiety, OCD, ADHD; PTSD, chronic illnesses, Cancer; and Addiction. I have post graduate training in Structural Family Therapy. I use a behavioral therapeutic approach and offer a nonjudgmental, empathetic and holistic approach in helping individuals to find healthy coping mechanisms and new found strategies to deal with problems more effectively.
As both a nurse and psychotherapist, I offer a holistic and nonjudgmental approach. Having worked in one of the first preventive care units in NYC, I have 38 years of experience working with families faced with the challenges of raising children; from early childhood to adolescence. I also specialize with children who are developmentally disabled.
I offer a unique, flexible approach; as well as unique methodology for those with ADHD, PTSD, and partners who are in conflict. Mine is a safe, nonjudgmental space to be yourself and find healthy solutions to your problems. I offer remote sessions from Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays; including evenings and nights.
