I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 7 years of experience counseling adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I take an integrative and individualized approach to give each client the compassionate care they deserve. I specialize in working specifically with teen girls and women to help them heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, grief, and relationship stressors. None of us are immune to stressors and hardship in life. Some seasons are more difficult than others and you do not have to do it alone. It's important to have support.
My goal is for you to be heard without judgement. I am passionate about holding space for you to feel safe to be your authentic self. My goal is to help you find hope and to restore balance in your life.
I strive to help my clients reach their individual goals in a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment. I view therapy as a collaborative effort between therapist and client, so that we can work together on pursuing healing and wellness.
