My ideal client would be where you find yourself trying to hold it together, and you may not look for help until a situation has gotten worse and its almost a crisis. That situation will significantly affect your life, and you will hit a breaking point. This might be self-esteem, anxiety, depression, adjusting to life changes, codependency, grief, health issues, or just feeling stuck. I have over 20 years of experience with crisis, trauma, various mental health issues, in psychiatric settings. I use a combination of treatment approaches including, Cognitive Behavioral, solution focused, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
