WELCOME TO LIVING A LIFE OF BALANCE All of us face struggles in our lives. We experience problems and difficulties sometimes on a daily basis and other times only occasionally. When we feel stuck we have a tendency to repeat negative or self-defeating patterns/behaviors. This repetition often causes us to become overly critical of ourselves. Our work together is designed to help you to understand the why and how so that you can make the changes you want in your life. Change is never easy; however it is so worth it!! You will be pleasantly surprised by how happy you will become.
I believe that all aspects of our lives are inter-connected; if we are stressed in one area, it negatively affects our overall balance. We create balance by looking inside ourselves and assessing our individual attitudes, values and beliefs regarding our emotions, work, family and social relationships. Through this process we feel empowered and grateful.
I provide counseling to individuals and couples who want to improve the quality of their lives and their relationships with others. Focus is on grief and loss, relationship patterns, self-worth, and adoption. This process is done within a framework of support and encouragement. My belief is "that all persons are truly greater than they think they are."
