Using holistic approaches to scientifically-based approaches, the freedom for you to choose how you want to heal is crucial to me.
I work with individuals, couples, and families struggling with every day situations. I help to bring out one's true thoughts and feelings and teach how to express them. If you have been labeled co-dependent, controlling, or an angry individual, I can teach alternative ways of connecting to others.
