I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist and I'm interested in how I can help you along your journey. I provide a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space for you to explore the issues that are causing pain, a sense of stuckness or being out of alignment with your true self. I work in California through telehealth and I’m looking forward to meeting you.
In my work, I listen carefully to what my clients tell me and reflect back to them what I’m hearing to help my clients gain insight into themselves. I believe that clients are experts on themselves and it’s my job to help them find the key they already possess to unlock the doors that are currently closed. I have a client-centered, attachment-based approach
I enjoy working with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, parenting, trauma, and religious issues. I think the therapeutic space is a safe place to try on new ideas or ways of interacting to see how change feels and whether a new approach is more in alignment with how a person sees themselves.
