I specialize in working with individuals couples experiencing communication issues, sexual issues, self harm, trauma, depression, infidelity, sexual dysfunction and sexual and gender identity concerns. My therapeutic perspective is rooted in my training in clinical sexology, narrative and emotionally focused therapies and trauma informed therapy.
I have an PhD in Clinical Sexology from MSTI and a MA from UNC in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, am Level 1 Gottman certified and have completed extensive training in EFT and EMDR. I am licensed couples and family therapist and supervisor and also a AASECT certified sex therapist and supervisor.
