Issues impacting your life goals, work, or school are explored through our therapeutic relationship, working together helping you address life challenges and develop goals for change.
My practice integrates models of therapy appropriate to personal struggle, diagnosis, and life change. This may include EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, CBT, Ego State Therapy, or therapy guided by principles of Mindfulness. Developing ego strength and increasing self esteem through creative and well researched approaches in therapy is a foundation of my practice.
