About
Angry, frustrated and sad? I have been working with individuals who are depressed for over 20 years. I am intensively trained in DBT and have been providing comprehensive DBT since the year 2000. Let's explore the tools I can offer as together we help you create a life of joy and satisfaction.
I treat individuals experiencing intense emotional pain using the tools of DBT. Additionally, I have completed yoga teacher training and have an active mindfulness practice, both of which are powerful tools in maintaining a life worth living.
Caring for emotional pain requires an awareness of both the psychic and physical body. I focus on mindful awareness as well as simple, gentle yoga to support my clients in their growth. To effectively own our lives, we must always remember that our entire self, physical and psychic requires care.
