My ideal clients are adolescents, emerging adults, adults, and families who are ready to build resilience, gain clarity, and create meaningful change in their lives. They often come to me struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting challenges, family dynamics, stress, or concerns about self-worth. What I value about my work is helping people reconnect with their own strategies for wellness and take actionable steps toward a healthier life. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you'll feel genuinely seen and understood.
I'm part of the Anchor Health Counseling team, and we want to make it easy to start therapy. We are in-network with Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, and Medicare. You can call us, email us, or visit us online at the Anchor Health Counseling website.
