I bring 30+ years of personal and professional growth and development with me to help clients create and/or obtain a sense of self that is balanced and centered. Emotional healing is the goal for all clients through several modalities.
My preferred modality is EMDR. There are many types of trauma such as situational, medical, developmental, grief, and broken relationships. In addition, I am trained to work with horses and people to manage stress, grief and loss, and PTSD thru Eagala training techniques.
