Using evidence-based approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I create safe-feeling partnerships with adult clients seeking healing and wholeness. For children, IFS, Play Therapy, and Sandplay Therapy offer avenues for healing trauma and loss, and supporting healthy development.
My goal is to help you build the confidence and compassion to live with authenticity and self-awareness. I create a safe, supportive space for healing and growth.
