Life can present us with some pretty rough terrain to navigate. My goal is to help each of my clients discover, strengthen and utilize all of their internal and external resources so they can face the challenges, as well as notice, savor and increase the good moments. Events of the last few years have pushed many people to their limits. During these particularly challenging times, I offer clients a comfortable and safe setting to increase self-awareness and implement tools to cope with issues such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, problematic relationships, caregiver stress, and ADHD to name a few.
With over 25 years as a clinical psychologist, I've been privileged to work with many clients who each bring their own unique challenges. Utilizing a holistic and integrative approach, I offer clients an opportunity to benefit from insight oriented therapeutic approaches and learn tools for increasing mind/body awareness, relaxation and stress management.
The relationship you develop with a therapist is quite unique and I understand how scary and overwhelming it can be to choose one. I congratulate you on taking that first step and invite you to reach out and see if you think I might be a good fit.
