Many of the people I work with look “just fine” on the outside — showing up at work, caring for others, keeping life moving — while inside they feel exhausted, ashamed, or disconnected. Others come when life feels like it’s falling apart and nothing is working anymore. Some cope by staying stuck in people-pleasing or overdrive, while others turn to substances or patterns that once helped them get by but now feel hard to change. And for others, the body carries the burden, showing up as illness or chronic symptoms. If any of this feels familiar, you’re not alone, and we may be a good fit to work together.
I create a space where all parts of you are welcome—there are no “bad” parts. Together, we’ll slow down to notice what your thoughts, emotions, and body are communicating. Using EMDR, IFS/Ego State, Somatic Processing, CBT, and DBT, we’ll move beyond coping and foster lasting mind-body healing.
