I am passionate about working with individuals, children, teens, couples, and families to find what works for them, meeting them where they are at, and making certain that they are seen, heard, and understood. I believe that everyone is capable of change, and forming a trusting client therapist relationship is an important first step to challenge old thinking patterns and habits, and make change and growth happen in therapy.
My approach is person centered and I use solution-focused, CBT, DBT, EMDR, somatic, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, strategic family therapy, trauma focused, interpersonal neurobiology methods.. I enjoy working with people from all backgrounds and ages, starting with preschoolers to those who are transitioning to different stages of their lives.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, autism, developmental disorders, divorce, racial traumas, and life transitions.
