I have been a clinical psychotherapist for over 25 years and work with individual adults, families and couples going through the many stages of life. My practice includes people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationship challenges, infertility, adoption, postpartum, pregnancy loss, parenting issues, grief, loss and elder care.
Having a place where you can process emotions and receive support is essential. It is possible to experience freedom from what you believe may be limiting you.
