These days the emotions of many are heightened. We are susceptible to the feelings and worries of our loved ones as well as our own. It is easier to become stressed out and overwhelmed. It's more difficult to manage our impulses and regulate our emotions. Together we can practice ways to feel less stressed and more in control of our lives.
