I am very passionate about helping and advocating for clients. I love to assist adult Oklahomans in improving their lives, expanding coping skills, and processing life changes. While English is my native language, I also hold a B2 proficiency in German. I am passionate about helping individuals set healthy boundaries, process trauma, and set future goals. I also offer life coaching services to individuals outside of the state of Oklahoma.
I prefer a holistic approach to mental health treatment. I teach a lot of mindfulness, EMDR techniques, and try to help clients identify where to set boundaries in their lives. I incorporate Emotional Focused Therapy techniques and social-skills training while examining the inner child and emotional needs that didn't get met during early years.
I believe an accurate depiction of a client's situation can only be understood with a look into their past. I enjoy hearing everyone's life story and collaborating with the client to make a positive impact on their life.
