Throughout this time I have enjoyed seeing the strengths and best in each individual client.

I Specialize as an EMDR therapist and as such, I was trained by the developer, Francine Shapiro 30 years ago. It is now the treatment of choice for individuals.with trauma. I also look for my client's stregnths;I trust and respect my clients and believe each person has their perfect answer inside themselves and my job is to help them discover it.

It is a joy to spend my days working with great people trying to live their best lives the best we can with the tools we have. Einstein said, "the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting different results." Some of us intuitively recognize this and I am happy to help clients develop and practice tools to change their lives.
