I have been developing a direct, caring approach to therapy for 24 years. I provide a safe, non judgmental environment that makes self exploration easier. As you gain insight into yourself and you will also gain insight into others. This often results in feeling more connected with those around you. My clients often report they feel freer and empowered to make positive changes in their lives.

In my decades of experience as a psychologist, I have worked with many different types of patients on many different problems. I have extensive experience helping people with ADHD, alcohol abuse issues and career anxiety. Recently, the focus of my work has been heavily on women's health issues such as fertility, miscarriage, postpartum.

The best way to decide if we're a good fit is to schedule an initial consultation. My office makes it really easy to set up and they respond to all inquiries quickly. By the end of an hour together, you should have a pretty good sense about whether or not I can help you.
