About

Do you need a specialist who understands PTSD from the inside out? Have you been or are you now in therapy, but feel like you need a healer who really gets traumatic stress? Are you a person of extreme sensitivity, unusually empathic, spiritual or psychic? I would like to offer you a path out of the extreme suffering of PTSD and traumatic stress. I work with many people whose previous therapies have not worked out for them, including folks who have suffered from extreme traumas such as ritual abuse and/or mind control. Attachment, compassion and practicality characterize my work.
Dissociation is often unrecognized and undiagnosed. Do you have a tendency to lose time or not remember certain times in your life? Are you spacey? Psychic? Exceptionally creative? These traits often accompany those with traumatic experiences. I can help get you grounded and integrated to move forward with your healing.
Many of my clients, especially millennials, identify themselves with the labels: lightworkers, star seeds, intuitives or empaths. I help these folks identify their gifts, integrate them, clear up any traumas they have picked up along the way, dust them off and get them on mission. Diversity of all kinds welcomed.

Trauma Tool Kit Book Study and Class

This 8 week class will give you tips, techniques, education and exercises to help manage and even overcome your PTSD or traumatic stress. Based on my book, The Trauma Tool Kit: Healing PTSD From the Inside Out you will learn how PTSD affects every dimension of the human being. You will have a chance to learn and apply holistic healing to your life in a safe, well-contained format. This is not a therapy group but a class where you can come to heal at your own pace. Classes are offered 3-4 times/year.
