My goal is to help lesson the emotional pain of my clients, and to help them make changes towards the life they really want to have.
My work is based on the Solution Focused model, which helps clients identify and move towards specific goals that will improve their well being. I help clients identify behaviors that are keeping them "stuck", and work with them to find new ways of doing things so they can continue to work towards a happier life.
